Senior Moments Or Something Worse…

By Suzanne Holman • January 23rd, 2010

We’ve all had those moments when we feel like we are slipping…

How could I have forgotten that?
What’s happening to me?

I’ve found out about a great course created by two women involved in the caregiving world, a Life Coach and an Eldercare Consultant.

I’ve gotten to know Elizabeth Hallett, the eldercare consultant, through the Caregivers Telesummit in November and through her membership in my Alzheimer’s group that meets the second Monday of each month.

I’ve found Elizabeth to be both very knowledgeable and highly compassionate.   I’ve included all the details of the program below:

Do changing behaviors – yours or others – have you worried?
Are you a caregiver feeling overwhelmed, isolated, depressed?
