On this audio you’ll discover some great ways to plan and prepare scrumptious, easy meals that are great support for your brain.
We need to be proactive in optimizing our brains so that we can avoid Alzheimer’s Disease. And in an Alzheimer’s patient anything that you can do to enhance the brain will help to slow down the progression of the disease.
I have always been interested in brain health and have done research over the years for my own benefit and to support clients. When my mom developed Alzheimer’s Disease, I became even more passionate in learning all I could about how we can make the most of our brains.
My previous work experience was as an educator in the fields of psychology and technology. Along with psychology and technolgy, my education included the study of nutrition at Cornell University.
I incorporate all of what I’ve learned from my background, training, and experience to be the best support possible for all of my clients. If you have interest in being part of a coaching group or would like to work with me privately, please email me at suzanne@suzanneholman.com.
On this audio you’ll see ways to shop and stock your pantry, refrigerator, and freezer to have abundant choices for meals always ready to go.
You’ll discover that simple foods can be gourmet if prepared creatively.
You’ll hear ways to cut down on your food preparation time drastically.
We’ll be focusing primarily on the foods that are brain healthy.
Many of the recipes are on my blog at TheAgelessWoman.Org
I’ll be continuing to add more recipes and planning tips.
What I share in this audio is so important when our time is limited for shopping and cooking. Having the food available keeps us on track with giving our brain the fuel it needs to be fully functional for a lifetime.
Instead of getting caught without anything to cook for dinner, you’ll be prepared to make something quickly. You’ll avoid that temptation just to run out for fast food or to eat in a restaurant.
Choose something that appeals to you and try adding it to your meals this week! Each healthy choice is another step toward your focused and fabulous brain!
